Mother’s Day Menus
Three delicious menus cooked and baked by myself, a professional chef, with love and delivered direct (yep – by me) to your door.

Due to time constraints I regret I am unable to deliver to Caradon & North Cornwall districts.

Mothers Day Tea £21 ph ORDER
Tart – wild garlic, smoked salmon, mascarpone.
Roast chicken, leek and clotted cream pie.
Sausage, chutney, apple and cheddar bakewell.
Bitter chocolate and pistachio brulee tart.
Lemon/lavender drizzle, edible petals.
Coffee and walnut slice, espresso butter icing, candied walnut.
Victoria sponge, vanilla butter cream, raspberry jam.

Main: Herb stuffed pork loin wrapped in pancetta w/ creamy leek and honey sauce. GF

Dessert: Apple and raspberry crumble, vanilla mascarpone.

Main: Vegetarian Wellington. Mushroom, Cornish Blue, roasted seasonal vegetables wrapped in short crust pastry w/ rich onion gravy. V
